Jeeto! Sweepstakes Rules
1. No Purchase or Online Access Necessary: You may enter one of two ways: 1.To enter online: Go to http://www.jeeto.com and click on the Hey Nice Threads Sweepstakes link to be connected to the Official Entry Form. Complete all the requested information and send your entry by clicking on the sweepstakes submit button on the Sweepstakes page. 2. To enter via mail: On a 3" x 5" piece of paper complete by hand your name, address, and e-mail address. Then, mail your entry in an envelope with proper postage to: Jeeto! Hey Nice Threads Sweepstakes, 22950 Oxnard St., Woodland Hills, CA 91367. All entries must be e-mailed or postmarked by June 1, 2005, when the sweepstakes ends. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household.
2. Selection of Winner/Validations: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all aspects of the Sweepstakes. By taking part in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the judging organization. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or mail. If for any reason the Internet portion of this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Jeeto! (collectively the "Sponsor") reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. All submissions become the property of Sponsor.
3. Participation: Sweepstakes begins May 2, 2005; ends June 15, 2005 and is open only to residents in the 48 contiguous states who are at least 18 years of age as of June 15, 2005. Employees and their immediate families and households of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in this Sweepstakes' production, development or handling are not eligible. By entering, each participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies from all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries and expenses arising out of a participant's participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use and/or misuse of prize. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
4. Prizes and Odds: One Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of: Choice of (3) Jeeto! t-shirts or one pieces. Prize delivered free of charge anywhere in the contiguous United States (approx. retail value approximately U.S. $50.00). No substitution or transfer of prize except with Sponsor's permission or where required by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received for each drawing. Allow 6-8 weeks after validation for receipt of prize. All taxes are the responsibility of winner. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner who entered online, the winner will be deemed to be the person who is the registered user of the e-mail address submitted in the winning entry. If the selected items are not in stock or available the winner must choose from items that are in stock or available.
5. List of Winners: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Jeeto!, Sweepstakes Dept., 22950 Oxnard St., Woodland Hills, CA 91367. All requests must be received by June 15, 2005
